SharpTips (sharptips.co.uk) is operated by VAX ADVISORS SRL, a company registered in Romania (Nr. Reg. Com.: [J..] · CUI: [..], registered office at [registered address], Romania). We refer to VAX ADVISORS SRL as "we", "us" or "SharpTips" throughout these terms. You can reach us at support@sharptips.co.uk or via our Contact page, which also lists our full company details as required under the UK Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

By creating an account or using SharpTips, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SharpTips is a subscription analysis service covering football, tennis and basketball. We publish statistically-based predictions and written analysis for upcoming and live fixtures.

SharpTips is not a betting operator. We do not accept wagers, hold any UK Gambling Commission licence, or act as a bookmaker or betting exchange. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker. Any decision to place a bet based on our content is made entirely by you, at your own risk, typically with a third-party licensed operator we have no connection to.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use SharpTips.

Every prediction on SharpTips expresses a statistical probability based on the data available at the time it was published - never a certainty, a promise, or investment advice. Past results, including our own published track record, are historical information only and are not a reliable indicator of future results. Sport is inherently unpredictable, and any pick can lose regardless of how strong the underlying data looked beforehand.

Odds figures shown alongside a pick are the price a UK bookmaker was offering when the prediction was published (older predictions may show our own estimate). They are not live prices: odds change, and the price available to you when you read a prediction may be different or the bet may no longer be offered.

You need an account to access personalised features and any paid plan. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us promptly at support@sharptips.co.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. One account per person - accounts are not transferable and may not be shared.

SharpTips offers a Free plan and two paid plans (Single Sport and All Sports). A paid plan can be bought for a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid in full in advance, as shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices shown to UK customers are inclusive of VAT.

If automatic renewal is switched on, a paid subscription renews at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the price shown at checkout, until you switch renewal off. You choose whether renewal is on at checkout and can change it at any time from your account; with renewal off, your access simply ends when the period you paid for ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. You can review your plan, update your payment method, or cancel future renewals at any time from your account's billing page.

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will apply from your next renewal at the earliest, and we'll give you reasonable advance notice by email before it takes effect on an active subscription.

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day "cooling-off" period after subscribing, during which you can cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

Because SharpTips gives you immediate access to digital content and analysis as soon as you subscribe, that statutory 14-day right ends early if you actively start using your subscription (for example, viewing a Premium prediction) before the 14 days are up, and you acknowledge and expressly consent to this at checkout. If you don't want to lose the 14-day right, simply don't access Premium content until you are sure you want to keep the subscription.

Outside of this statutory cooling-off period, subscription payments already taken for a billing period already in progress are non-refundable, though you're always free to cancel future renewals at any time - see the section above.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, systematically copy, resell, or redistribute our predictions or analysis to third parties, including other tipster or betting-content services;
• Share your account credentials or Premium content with people who don't have their own subscription;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to SharpTips or its systems;
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could harm SharpTips or other users.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without prejudice to any other rights we have.

All predictions, analysis, articles, branding and other content on SharpTips are owned by or licensed to VAX ADVISORS SRL and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribing gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view this content for your own use - it does not transfer any ownership or resale rights to you.

SharpTips is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. If you choose to bet based on content you've read here, please do so responsibly and within your means. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, free, confidential support is available from BeGambleAware.org (or the National Gambling Helpline, 0808 8020 133, free and 24/7 in the UK).

SharpTips is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness or profitability of any prediction or analysis we publish, and we are not liable for any betting losses or other financial losses you incur as a result of using our content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law or the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law, our service, or our pricing. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and where a change is material we'll also notify active subscribers by email in advance of it taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere (including Romania or another EU member state), you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence that these terms cannot override, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of either England and Wales or your own country of residence.
